📦 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Madame Amier Hair Growth Oil is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
💔 DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.
