Refund policy

At Madame Amier Hair Growth Oil, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted hair care products made in small batches with care and intention. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent policy for all customers.


📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hair oils), all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, due to the nature of personal care and hair oil products, all items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with seals intact (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mahairgrowthoil@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer:

  • A replacement
    or
  • Store credit
    or
  • A refund (if applicable)

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item was shipped
  • Order could not be fulfilled

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.


🚚 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has shipped. However, we will always assist you in tracking your order and resolving issues with the shipping provider.

  • Please double-check your address before placing your order
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Refund requests without proof may not be approved
